SHIPPING:

We ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $20 within the United States. If you're located outside of the United States, please email info@lockebride.com to place your order.

We ship most of our orders within 30 days of purchase from our NYC office, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 - 7 days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary.

If you need expedited shipping, please email kim@lockebride.com to inquire. There will be added charges for this.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will require a signature for all deliveries, but if you wish to approve delivery without a signature, please email info@lockebride.com with your order number immediately after your order is placed. 

Please note, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

RETURNS:

From the date that you receive your shipment, you have thirty (30) days to return your item(s) to our office with the prepaid UPS ground return label provided. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for transit.

We will accept returns within thirty (30) days for a full refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in perfect condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is stained or damaged. In the case that we receive such merchandise, we will notify you via email and give you the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you. 

We suggest washing your hands, removing all makeup from your face, and trying merchandise on with a clean body. 

ALTERATIONS:

At this time, Locke Bride does not provide alteration services.

TRY-ONS:

At this time, Locke Bride is only sold via Lockebride.com. We allow customers to try on sample sizes of dresses at our NYC showroom once per month by appointment only. To make an appointment, please email info@lockebride.com.

If you're not located in NYC, we recommend taking advantage of our generous return policy and ordering multiple styles or sizes.
